Research & Development
Food Production R&D refers to research and development activities aimed at meeting customer requirements through new product development, recipe enhancement, and manufacturing process optimization. Production Planning
Production Planning is the activity of establishing efficient production schedules by comprehensively coordinating order volumes, deadlines, raw material procurement, and production line assignments. It encompasses raw material inventory management, manufacturing process scheduling, quality inspection timelines, and packaging/shipping plans to maximize production efficiency while satisfying the customer's delivery requirements.
Product Production
Product Production is the stage where the actual product is manufactured according to the finalized recipe and process. We ensure consistent product quality by strictly managing the entire process—from raw material inspection and manufacturing to in-process quality control (IPQC), finished goods inspection, packaging, and shipping—all in accordance with HACCP standards. By verifying quality criteria at each stage and taking immediate corrective action if any deviations occur, we provide safe and high-quality products.
